BREV FRÅN KULVINDER / LETTER FROM KULVINDER

I GÅR KOM ETT BREV...
YESTERDAY I GOT A LETTER...

Dear mam
Hellow
Mam I met with all girls mothers they are happy to hear about girls results.  I told them that the girls are so hardworking but they need their parents support. If they give them time to read then girls read with more interest and get more good results. I asked to the Kavita's mother for continue her study and I discussed with all mothers and asked them about their girl's future. I met Kavita's father also and now they both agree to continue Kavita's study. Mam this time Mima said first Sugna will pass her school and after that they think about her marriage. So I think now slowly slowly they change their mind set.
I am happy now most girls going to the school and their parents understand the value of study.
Mam, Kunja, Mima, Pathani, Mirga and Jija1st, they are asking for their other girls support but that time I said I will tell this to you (Elsa mam) and I tell the women before the school opening. But mam I think we have many girls so we can't take more. We constraint only these girls.
With warm regards
your's Kulvinder

About Mirgas youngest daughter, we already decided to let her move to Gandhibal school
Jija 1st. Her daughter is Kavitha who will now repeat her 9th class, with more support from her parents.

Mima is the mother of Sugna who will be sure that she can complete her studies before marriage. This is a step forward, because her elder sister Nainu,18, had to struggle hard to get permission to finish her basic studies and then she wanted to go to college to become a teacher in Sanskrit. Now Nainu is married and we don´t know if she will be allowed by her inlaws to continue studies.

My comments: Kulvinder struggles hard with her English. I know she makes big effort to write this letter. Still it's quite understandable and I think she should be proud to be able to write such a letter. Nevertheless she decided to accept our proposal to join an English class to deepen the language.
